This coffee is SWEET, floral and intricate.  It’s great on pour-over or as a “light” espresso, in Royal’s words (think Gibraltar, macchiato, solo). Generally speaking, this is what I would hope to grab (or dream of grabbing) as a Friday morning reward when choosing a coffee for my V60 morning ritual.
